SSM-V

Surface stress meter

The SSM-V glass surface stress meter utilizes the optical waveguide effect caused by the tin diffusion layer on the surface of float glass to quantitatively measure surface stress. This instrument has high measurement accuracy, novel structure, simple use, and convenient portability. This instrument adopts the principle of optical waveguide effect, with unique optical system structure design and good imaging effect, with an error not exceeding ± 3.6Mpa. The main performance meets the requirements of similar international products. Widely used: suitable for quantitative measurement of surface stress in semi tempered glass and tempered glass.

Performance characteristics

Lightweight and practical:
The instrument weighs only 640g and is compact in size. Place the instrument on the surface of the tin immersed surface of the float glass, adjust the image, and you can measure it.
Easy to operate:
Connect to the mobile app for remote and automatic measurement.
Measurement mode:
manual measurement, automatic measurement, single measurement, continuous measurement.
Data processing:
can save image results and record videos.
Body structure:
The integrated body design prevents immersion from contaminating the optical components of the instrument, making maintenance convenient.
